My sister Claire and her family (Trevor, Morgan, and John) were staying with me for a week. Wow, my house went from just me to holding 5 people. It was packed, I tell ya! They came down for John to attend the annual Jarome Iginla Hockey School. The timing was perfect because they were able to attend Stampede as well. Unfortunately, I had to work so I wasn't able to go stampeding with them, but I did get to watch John play hockey on Friday. He's such a star!
They left on Friday afternoon. As crazy as it was for the week, I miss having them around. I am very proud of Claire and the lovely family she has built. Lovely despite the wedgies the kids give me every chance they get. Lovely despite the kids bruising my arm playing Punch Buggy in the car. Little stinkers.
