I've had this mix for a while - lemon pound cake - yum!
Unfortunately, I neglected to take a picture of the mixer in use, so you'll just have to trust me that I did use it.
And I loved it.
Having not followed a baking recipe in ages, I screwed up a bit, and I think that's why it's so crumbly. But man is it DE-lish!
Next up: Zucchini bread? Another cake? The pie's the limit!
ha ha ha, I kill myself.
But don't expect too much from me. Baby steps.
