I didn't make a "resolution" per se, but I need to lose weight & get into better shape. I have my nephew's wedding to attend in May - in Jamaica! And if you think I'm getting into a bathing suit looking like THIS you have another thing coming.
Mostly, I am just squiggy. I need to start working out again and watching what I eat. I know I just did that cleanse and swore to stay away from processed food. But I think I really need more motivation and structure in my eating plan. Weight Watchers gives me that. Counting points is a pain in the arse but it forces me to think before I eat.
Apparently, a number of my readers are Little Britain fans, so I'm sure you'll love this little clip as much as I do (warning, there is nothing politically correct about this show). If you are not a LB fan, you might just find it juvenile, pointless, tasteless, and offensive ... and you would be right.
WWs doesn't encourage you to eat dust....well they haven't yet but then my group leader is new to me so maybe she will turn out to be like Fat Fighter's Marjorie Dawes.
"Dust. Anybody? No? Dust."
