I don't normally have 'adoption' dreams, but last night I dreamt that I was visiting my boss and co-workers and I let it slip that I was adopting.
I can't recall exactly how it happened, but someone was talking about an adoption and I said something like, "I can't wait till it's my turn."
As soon as I said it I thought "oh sh**!" and my boss looked at me funny but didn't ask what I meant. But I knew I was busted and I remember feeling pretty freaked out, with cold sweats and the like.
Since I don't plan to tell my boss about the adoption until I get my referral, can I surmise that I might be hearing something soon?
Also, is it a sign of craziness to start looking for signs in absolutely everything that happens during the day and night? Not saying I'm doing that. Yet.
