I don't know what to think, quite frankly.
I haven't been told "no" by CAFAC, but I haven't been told "yes" by ACS or AO, either... And it's another week coming to an end. But, ACS (Alberta Children's Services) can be slow signing off their provincial approval so I continue to be as patient as I can.
Despite that and the fact that last weekend was gawd awful to begin with (lots of hiding my tears from people), I'm feeling calm and pretty okay this week.
How do I manage to maintain my cool? Chocolate. I bought 2 more Easter bunnies on sale yesterday. I sink my teeth in and gnash away with vigor, starting with their cute little ears. If I'm having a bad day, I sometimes snarl as I do it.
Thank God I start running again tomorrow.
There is some GREAT NEWS - Rhonda and Kristin came home with Eden today - and what a gorgeous little girl she is! Rana has some beautiful arrival pictures posted on her blog.
