Well, I will be by the end of June.
I put in the offer on this house right after I saw it because we (my realtor and I) knew it would be snapped up right away and/or go into multiple offers since it was just on the market that day and was priced very well. Although it's not perfect, I immediately felt like it was the place I could call 'home' for my family. Something about it reminded me of my childhood homes and I could truly see M running around in it. I think part of the attraction for me is the red brick pathway at the front and back of the house (along with the red brick patio & fire pit out back). It seems very British and there is huge potential for a beautiful English rear garden.
